Lazy Summer Governance Recap [December 2025]

Hey all, your friendly green blob back again with the final governance wrap-up of the 2025.

December was a dense and consequential month for Lazy Summer governance. While November focused on rapid vault iteration and rewards continuity, December shifted the DAO into a more reflective and forward-looking mode; addressing incident response, protocol security, user trust, and launch-readiness ahead of SUMR’s next phase.

Below is your full walkthrough of December’s governance activity, including RFCs, SIPs, onchain votes, and key ecosystem discussions.

Let’s start with the December overview of the forum metrics:

A total of 169 posts were recorded in December.

The DAU/MAU ratio averaged 21%, decreasing by ~6% from the previous month; potentially due to end of the year holidays.

Excellent recap, @jensei ,The slight dip in DAU/MAU (down ~6%) is expected for December. With Staking V2 on the horizon and the “Launch readiness” theme you mentioned, ensuring the voting friction remains low will be critical for maintaining that Delegate Count.
Excited to see how the Gov V2 migration impacts delegate participation metrics in January. Here’s to a strong 2026!!
