1. Overview:

This proposal enables token transferability for all active fleet commanders across all active chains in the Lazy Summer Protocol ecosystem. This follows on from the successful vote to move all rewards to Merkl, as defined in [SIP3.7] Enable MERKL Rewards on all vault markets

2. Motivation:

Fleet commanders currently have token transfers disabled by default. This proposal enables token transferability to allow for proper token movement and liquidity management across the protocol.

Technical Details

The proposal calls setFleetTokenTransferability() on each active fleet commander contract across all chains. This function enables token transfers for the respective fleet’s token contract.

4. Risk Assessment:

No additional risks expected from enabling transferability of Vault tokens.

5. Voting:

Voting YES will enable transferability of all Vault/Fleet Tokens. Voting NO will leave the vault tokens as they are currently, which is non-transferrable and unable to be used across DeFi.

Thanks for putting this together @chrisb. As we are migrating towards MERKL rewards making fleet tokens transferable unlocks composability and will allow users to manage positions more flexibly across DeFi. Excited to see this live across the fleets, thanks to @halaprix.
