Really strong post @samehueasyou! I love how it captures the right tension between ambition and focus.

The BTC Fleet addition opens new user segments while strengthening Lazy Summer’s presence in the “blue-chip yield” category. As previously proposed (here) I see thi as a high-conviction experiment.

Fully agree on the systematic yield review cadence, if we position ourselves as the default source for best risk-adjusted yields (love that), then ranking process should be both transparent and consistent. I can imagine this being a working group (as you pointed out, similar to @Recognized_Delegates) focused and incentivized around assessing, finding and proposing new strategies.

The Emerging Network Tier (ENT) idea is also interesting; could become a natural testing ground for new yield sources and a user acquisition funnel as previously discussed here.
- On Hyperliquid, it’s probably worth validating risk/liquidity maturity before committing (@BlockAnalitica), but the data you’ve shared is convincing.

In regard to long term thinking, imo the above mentioned initiatives serves as a very stable ground for institutional adoption. Going forward, maybe the opportunity for LazyUSD could serve the masses as THE yield-bearing stablecoin to hold in your portfolio as an even lazier exposure to best in class DeFi yields. At the same time, the stablecoin market is quite saturated, but maybe there is an opportunity to collaborate with existing stablecoin by providing a wrapper for their users (and beyond).
Great work, with finding ARKs that you suggested to onboard prior to the first yield call! Would love to see an initial risk assessment by @BlockAnalitica on these, to help us move forward with some of these to the RFC stage.
It is important to keep in mind that at the moment the Labs Co is heavily occupied with Gov. v2, and X-chain work so in the meantime it could be a great opportunity to kick off Bounty Category on the forum to activate and incentivize more developers to contribute to new ARKs deployments.
I love your posts and optimism that you bring to the forum and this feels like a nice outline of the north star for the next growth phase.
