We’re voting FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.5: Add 1 Ark to LazyVault_LowerRisk_USDT Fleet on mainnet

First, because of Maple Finance’s track record in lending. They’ve demonstrated strong credit standards and transparency, and Syrup USDT builds on the same structure as Syrup USDC, which the protocol already accepted. This integration deepens a valuable partnership, adds diversified yield exposure, and helps attract institutional users—all without introducing unproven risk.

We’re voting FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.7: Add 1 Ark to LazyVault_HigherRisk_WETH Fleet on mainnet because it introduces the Morpho Smokehouse ETH strategy—a promising new ETH yield source—into Summer Protocol, helping diversify returns and attract new capital. Backed by Steakhouse, a well-regarded credit team, this strategy offers competitive APY compared to standard ETH lending or staking options. While the final risk classification is pending, the strategy aligns with Summer’s goal of expanding high-quality vault offerings and maintaining ETH yield competitiveness.

We’re voting FOR SIP 2.8 because integrating Fluid Lite ETH expands Lazy Summer’s ETH yield strategy by tapping into an emerging liquid staking model. While Fluid is newer compared to established staking protocols, the team has completed technical diligence, and the strategy offers a complementary yield stream to other DeFi lending. The “Higher Risk” classification ensures caution as the strategy matures.

We’re voting FOR SIP 2.11 because it restores competitive USDC yields within the protocol following the removal of previous reward sources. By integrating three Silo Finance vaults on the Sonic network, the protocol can diversify its yield streams and tap into emerging DeFi ecosystems. While full risk review is still pending, the vaults are limited to earn-side deposits only—minimizing exposure—and the estimated ~9.5% APR is compelling. This integration strengthens Summer Protocol’s position in the yield market.

We’re voting ABSTAIN on SIP 2.12. While the integration of the Term Finance Summer.fi ETH Vault introduces a structured yield strategy, the proposal lacks sufficient clarity around key risk factors, including liquidity during fixed-term lockups, borrower quality of Term Finance, and the rationale for assigning it to the Higher Risk vault, even though its modest projected APR doesn’t add much above holding wstETH. We support the direction of exploring fixed-rate lending, but believe a more complete risk assessment and clearer implementation details are needed before casting a definitive vote. The Tally description also contained the wrong link to SIP 2.13.

We’re voting ABSTAIN on SIP 2.13. The proposal lacks sufficient detail on borrower risk on Term Finance, collateralization standards, loan durations, and the actual composition of the projected 8.5% APR. We support the exploration of fixed-rate lending but believe more transparency is needed before casting a decisive vote. Also the Tally description contained the wrong link to SIP 2.12

We’re voting ABSTAIN on SIP 5.6.

We think delegate compensation is a fantastic way to make sure high quality contributors stay dialled in. A DAO is basically paying for information and for governance security. Given the value that high quality delegates provide, and this DAO is lucky to have several, the compensation has massively positive ROI.

That being said - as a likely candidate for receiving compensation - voting FOR would be self serving.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.26.2: Add 8 Arks to LazyVault_LowerRisk_USDC Fleet on arbitrum

Onboarding additional ARKs to the USDC and USDT fleets on Arbitrum expands diversification, keeps yield sources aligned with the most current DeFi opportunities, and strengthens the core value proposition of providing access to curated, high-quality yields. The risks are mitigated by subjecting each strategy to BlockAnalitica’s classification and standard caps, ensuring responsible integration.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.26: Add 3 Arks to LazyVault_LowerRisk_USDT Fleet on arbitrum

Adding these new ARKs broadens diversification across the USDC and USDT fleets on Arbitrum, while keeping yield strategies aligned with the latest, high-quality opportunities in DeFi. Since the integrations are subject to @BlockAnalitica’s risk classifications and caps, the expansion is done responsibly, balancing yield optimization with prudent risk management.

We voted FOR on https://www.tally.xyz/gov/lazy-summer-dao-official/proposal/19070330492178532509056247137821369815796172288451854743639551383959555330118

Onboarding the Invariant Gearbox USDC lending pool adds differentiated yield exposure through unique collateral types while diversifying protocol exposure within the Higher-Risk vault. Gearbox has a strong security track record and ERC-4626 compatibility ensures smooth integration, while BlockAnalitica’s parameterization provides safeguards around caps and thresholds, making this a balanced way to expand yield opportunities responsibly.

We voted FOR on https://www.tally.xyz/gov/lazy-summer-dao-official/proposal/6535626955358476098404350232799052198670583371231761106492946557999138350448

I voted FOR this proposal because adding these new ARKs to the USDC and WETH fleets on Base strengthens diversification, brings exposure to high-quality, recently launched yield opportunities, and ensures the fleets remain competitive within DeFi. Since all integrations are subject to BlockAnalitica’s risk assessment and caps, the expansion balances innovation with prudent risk management.

We voted FOR on https://www.tally.xyz/gov/lazy-summer-dao-official/proposal/22533446457860075915287692940117341583604410711398163884581860981943968623278

Onboarding new Morpho Blue vaults and Euler markets to the USDC and WETH fleets on Base enhances diversification and ensures exposure to the latest high-quality yield opportunities. With BlockAnalitica setting risk caps and parameters, the integrations can be managed safely while keeping the fleets aligned with Summer.fi’s mission of delivering curated, sustainable yield strategies.

Unfortunately we missed last weeks two votes, due to my traveling schedule. Here is how we planned to vote, to keep up the comms.

We would vote FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP3.8: Governance Staking Rewards extension

Extending the $SUMR staking rewards keeps a valuable demand sink in place as the DAO coalesces around $SUMR transferability. Having strong demand in place is crucial for a successful launch of transferability and can dampen short-term selling.

We would vote FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.25.2: Add Arks to LazyVault_LowerRisk_WETH Fleet

Summer.fi’s appeal is to just deposit and chill, with vetted, high-yielding opportunities being added so the yield juice keeps flowing. The proposal expands the incredible coverage of Morpho vaults and allows depositors to relax. Approved.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP5.11: Multi-Chain Fleet Token Transferability Enablement

Enabling token transferability for all fleet commanders is a necessary step to improve liquidity and usability across the Lazy Summer ecosystem. It aligns with the earlier move to Merkl rewards (SIP3.7), removes unnecessary friction for participants, and allows vault tokens to be integrated into broader DeFi use cases. The proposal introduces no additional technical or economic risk, making this a clear improvement for protocol efficiency and user experience.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP3.9: Delegate Rewards Distribution (August)

Approving the monthly delegate reward compensation. Thanks to @jensei for providing rigorous analytics and keeping everyone accountable.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.24: Add 2 Arks to LazyVault_LowerRisk_USDC Fleet on mainnet

Adding these Arks keeps the LazyVault fleets current and competitive, expands diversification, and improves yield opportunities for depositors. The selection excludes markets without sufficient TVL or risk parameters, ensuring prudent onboarding. This is a straightforward, low-risk update that strengthens the protocol’s core value proposition.

We also voted FOR on the other executable on-chain proposals consisting SIP2.24.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | [SIP5.5.2] August Payouts for Referral Campaign (SIP5.5)

This proposal fulfils the previously approved referral campaign (SIP5.5) by distributing rewards transparently via MERKL. The campaign has proven effective, onboarding 600+ users and contributing over $20M in TVL, making these payouts a justified and value-accretive expense.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | [SIP5.5.3] September Payouts for Referral Campaign (SIP5.5)

Referral Campaigns are one of the sources of fresh users and we want to honor summer.fi’s commitment here.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.30: Add 1 Ark to LazyVault_HigherRisk_USDC Fleet on mainnet

Adding siUSD to the Lower Risk USDC Vault enhances yield diversification and supports TVL growth without materially increasing risk. siUSD’s integration broadens the vault’s exposure to stable, collateral-backed assets vetted through the protocol’s risk review, aligning with Summer’s goal of maintaining sustainable, lower-risk returns while tapping into InfiniFi’s growing stablecoin ecosystem.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP3.11: Delegate Rewards Distribution (September)

Delegate compensaiton is essential to retain high quality and high agency delegates.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP3.10: Governance Staking Rewards Extension

The staking program was in need of an extension to sync with timelines from the TR-WG and the wider ecosystem development. This proposal addresses these issues head on.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.21: Add 1 Ark to LazyVault_HigherRisk_WETH Fleet on mainnet

Adding Lido’s stETH ARM to the ETH Higher Risk strategy diversifies yield sources, taps into a robust redemption arbitrage model with substantial track record, and opens the protocol to more stETH/ETH holders—strengthening the vault’s growth potential while staying within a managed, higher-risk bucket.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.36 Expedited Upgrade of Legacy Fluid Arks to Enable Reward Harvesting

SIP2.36 makes sense because it immediately unlocks real value for users by upgrading the legacy Fluid Ark contracts to the modern FluidFTokenArk.sol standard, the protocol enables the previously unavailable harvest() function. That means all accrued and future rewards can finally be claimed and distributed recovering yield that was silently lost under the old contracts. The upgrade also aligns all arks under a single, already-tested standard, reducing complexity and increasing reliability across the system. Given that the new contract logic is battle-tested and audited, the technical risk is minimal, while the economic upside, capturing lost yield, is immediate and tangible.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.22: Add Ark to LazyVault_LowerRisk_USDC Fleet

It enables Lazy Summer Protocol to add a new Ark to the Lower-Risk USDC fleet, expanding yield-earning capacity and giving users another vetted, audited pathway for stable value deposits. This enhances diversification and incrementally increases the protocol’s total yield potential, while leveraging an existing contract standard already in use. The addition strengthens the protocol’s long-term flexibility and resilience by offering more deposit options under the familiar, secure vault infrastructure.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP5.5.4: October Payouts for Referral Campaign (SIP5.5)

The proposal triggers the planned referral-campaign payout for October, rewarding DAO participants who helped grow the protocol, which strengthens the incentives to contribute to community growth and engagement. The payout fosters active participation and helps align incentives for users to onboard new capital and users into Lazy Summer DAO, which benefits long-term protocol adoption. It also helps maintain momentum and trust that governance decisions lead to tangible, timely rewards.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.37: Add Ark to LazyVault_LowerRisk_USDC Fleet

The proposal honours the DAO’s commitments: by executing the planned action, it maintains trust and predictability in how treasury decisions are implemented, reinforcing that when the community agrees on something, it actually happens. That consistency strengthens confidence among contributors and signals that governance is functioning properly, which supports long-term cohesion and growth of Lazy Summer DAO.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP3.11.1: Delegate Rewards Distribution (October)

Distributing delegate incentives to active and aligned delegates.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP5.13: Multi-Chain Foundation Roles Setup

The proposal allows Lazy Summer DAO to proactively advance its roadmap by implementing a defined governance action that the community already committed to. Approving the proposal reinforces trust that the DAO delivers on what it votes for, preserves institutional credibility, and ensures that previously agreed-upon actions are actually executed. That predictability and reliability are vital for participant confidence, long-term protocol health, and continued engagement.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | [SIP3.12] Extend SUMR Rewards for all Lazy Vaults through MERKL
The proposal extends the SUMR-rewards across all Lazy Summer DAO vaults (via MERKL) And preserves ongoing incentives for depositors and encouraging continued participation. By renewing rewards, the DAO sustains user engagement and value accrual for stakeholders, which supports long-term growth and stability of the protocol.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.39: Offboard the Silo susdx/usdc (127) market from the Arbitrum USDC Vault using Sweep via Timelock

The proposal offboards the troubled Silo Finance SUSDX/USDC (market 127) from the Lazy Summer DAO’s Arbitrum USDC Vault, thereby eliminating a high-risk, impaired asset exposure that recently caused significant issues due to a depeg and on-chain valuation failures. By approving this cleanup measure, the DAO protects depositor capital, restores confidence in vault safety, and reduces the likelihood of similar shock events in the future.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP5.14: Multi-Chain Raft Address Update

The proposal demonstrates that Lazy Summer DAO continues to act on community consensus. It reinforces governance reliability and institutional credibility. Approving it maintains trust that decisions made by the community will actually be carried out, which is crucial for long-term engagement and participation. That kind of consistency helps the DAO operate smoothly and builds confidence among current and future stakeholders.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP2.40: Add 3 Arks to LazyVault_HigherRisk_WETH Fleet on mainnet

The proposal advances the ongoing evolution and growth of Lazy Summer DAO by enabling new opportunities or improvements that the DAO community has assessed and deemed beneficial. In particular, by approving this proposal, the DAO signals commitment to its roadmap, ensures previously planned developments move forward, and reinforces governance efficacy and community trust. Maintaining this forward momentum strengthens the protocol’s long-term viability and fosters confidence among stakeholders in both execution and governance.

We voted FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP1.1.1: Onboard Updated USDC Vault onto Arbitrum

The proposal reinforces the DAO’s commitment to transparent, accountable governance: it honours the community’s ability to direct the protocol’s evolution and ensures that decisions passed through on-chain vote are actually enacted. This proposal helps maintain institutional credibility and cohesion, showing stakeholders that votes are meaningful, execution is reliable, and the DAO respects member consensus. That consistency strengthens trust, participation, and long-term viability of the DAO.

We’re voting FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP3.11.2: Delegate Rewards Distribution (November)

And delegate payouts for November, incentivizing aligned and active behaviour.

We’re voting FOR on Tally | Lazy Summer DAO (Official) | SIP5.5.5: November Payouts for Referral Campaign

This proposal allows Lazy Summer DAO to continue operating in alignment with community decisions and maintain execution discipline. By approving, it reinforces governance integrity by showing that when members vote for a course of action, the protocol follows through. That predictability, consistency, and respect for the DAO’s own rules help build long-term trust, attract more engagement, and strengthen the protocol’s credibility.

Governance v2 - What StableLab will focus on

StableLab has long been a mainstay of Lazy Summer DAO governance.
In Governance v2 we want to push for demand drivers for the $SUMR tokens, driven by analytics and data.

StableLab has developed the Forse suite of analytics and has deployed it for partners like Uniswap and Sky (MakerDAO).

We’d love to bring our expertise and data science accumen to the DAO and push for more effective demand drivers and $SUMR token success.
