SIP-2.17: Integration of Silo Mainnet - Apostro USDC Frontier

Summary & Motivation This proposal suggests the integration of the Silo Finance “Apostro USDC Frontier” vault, deployed on the Ethereum Mainnet, into our protocol’s earn-side offerings. The primary motivation is to expand our selection of single-asset USDC yield strategies on Mainnet. This vault offers a competitive APR, with an additional incentive for users engaged in the Silo ecosystem, thereby diversifying yield opportunities for our users.

Another one for Mainnet users with a strong, competitive USDC yield option while tapping into the broader Silo ecosystem with a previous Lazy Summer vaults integration. In support of getting it onboarded.

We have used our quantitative risk model to compute initial parameters for the Silo Apostro USDC Frontier Ark in the Higher Risk Fleet Mainnet USDC. Following assessment and internal reviews, we propose the following initial parameters:
