[RFC] Onboard MIDAS as a USDC yield source provider on Mainnet and Base

Context

As yield leadership rotates and new curators emerge, rLazy Summer needs to continuously evaluate high-quality sources that can broaden diversification and strengthen persistent above-benchmark performance. MIDAS has launched a set of Mainnet (and Base) vaults that appear to be competitive candidates for Lazy Summer fleets.

Purpose of this RFC

This is an early-stage RFC to gather community feedback on whether MIDAS vaults should be onboarded into Lazy Summer vault fleets (primarily USDC Mainnet, with select Base opportunities).

No risk classifications or parameter choices are proposed yet — this is purely a “should we proceed to diligence + an onboarding SIP?” check.

I’m supportive of moving forward with MIDAS for diligence and risk assessment, particularly Midas MEV and Midas Apollo Crypto. Both appear to offer differentiated, competitive USDC yield strategies that can enhance diversification across the Mainnet USDC vault.
