Hello everyone, this post will be used to continually update the community on the status of the Aerodrome Metagovernance Committee’s activities, including multisig execution, updates on AERO and veAERO holdings, and voting activities for the SUMR/USDC LP on Aerodrome.

AMC Multisig Signers

The AMC mutisig currently consists of the following signers:
Delegates - @MasterMojo & @Sixty
Labs Co - @jensei, @chrisb and @halaprix

Initial Funding and Transactions

27th January 2026

  1. Following the successful execution of the onchain vote, the mutisig was funded with 7,360 USDC and 4,010 EURC on Base.

28th January 2026

  1. 4,010 EURC was swapped for 4,790 USDC (via CoW Swap), and 12,150 USDC was subsequently swapped for 25,917 AERO.

  2. 3 separate veAERO NFTs were purchased using 25,386 AERO on vexy.fi, and voting for the SUMR / USDC pool was done shortly after.

  1. The Ethereum mainnet instance of the multisig was funded with 11,710 USDS, 10,000 USDT, and 8 WETH.

  2. 10,000 USDT and 11,710 USDS were then swapped for a total of 21,660 USDC, which was subsequently bridged to Base via CCTP (Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol).

  3. The Arbitrum instance of the multisig was funded with 11,410 USDT and 11,790 USDC. The 11,410 USDT was then swapped for 11,376 USDC, for a total of 23,166 USDC. 23,166 USDC was then bridged to Base via CCTP.

30th January 2026

  1. 44,826 USDC was received on the Base multisig and subsequently swapped for 109,294 AERO.

  2. 2 separate veAERO NFTs were purchased using 78,128 AERO on vexy.fi.

All actions have been executed via the multisig, following prior SIP approvals and consistent with the mandate given.

Next Steps

  • Wait for favorable market conditions to swap remaining WETH balance to AERO.
  • Lock remaining AERO balance, or continue to buy discounted veAERO positions as they become available.
  • Vote again before the end of the current epoch (5th Feb 2026).

This is part of our commitment to full transparency, ensuring the DAO maintains visibility and control over protocol-owned liquidity.

February 10th 2026

  1. The remaining WETH balance on the mainnet Safe was bridged to Base (8 WETH for 7.972 ETH).

  2. Unfortunately, the price of ETH experienced a drawdown of -30% the week after it was received in the AMC multisig. However, due to a 92% correlation between ETH and AERO, AERO had dropped a similar amount during the same time period, allowing us to net a similar amount of AERO as was initially proposed in the SIP. 7.972 ETH was converted to 53,310 AERO (via CoW Swap).

  1. 2 separate veAERO NFTs were purchased using 75,309 AERO on vexy.fi.
  1. 100% Vote on SUMR/USDC Pool across 7 veNFTs held by the AMC Multisig for epoch ending 11th February 2026.

February 18th 2026

  1. 100% Vote on SUMR/USDC Pool across 7 veNFTs held by the AMC Multisig for epoch ending 19th February 2026.

  2. The AMC claimed and locked 156 veAERO from rebases on veNFT positions

  3. 1 veAERO NFTs were purchased using 7,387 AERO on vexy.fi.

Next Steps

  • Establish regular voting and reporting cadence starting next week.
  • Draft an RFC on how best to utilize voting rewards (SUMR + USDC).

February 19th 2026

  1. 1 veAERO NFT was purchased using 6,506.5 AERO on vexy.fi

February 24th 2026

  1. The AMC Multisig claimed its first batch of voting rewards, equivalent to 98,085 SUMR, 625 USDC, and 0.0001 cbBTC. These rewards were then forwarded to the Arcadia POL Multisig to further increase protocol-owned liquidity after consensus from the AMC members.

  2. 32 USDC from the voting rewards was swapped for 100 AERO, in order to purchase another veNFT.

  3. 1 veAERO NFT was purchased using 4,679 AERO on vexy.fi

  1. veAERO Rebases were claimed across 8 veNFTs, and a 100% Vote on SUMR/USDC Pool across 10 veNFTs held by the AMC Multisig was completed for the epoch ending 25th February 2026.

March 2nd, 2026

  1. 100% Vote on SUMR/USDC Pool across 10 veNFTs held by the AMC Multisig for epoch ending 4th March 2026.

March 5th, 2026

  1. 100% Vote on SUMR/USDC Pool across 10 veNFTs held by the AMC Multisig for epoch ending 12th March 2026.
