[SIP5.22] Transfer Aero tokens from Treasury to Aero Metagovernance Multisig

1. Overview:

This SIP proposes transferring the Aero tokens currently in the Treasury on Base, which were initially being sent through from Arcadia and the SUMR Aero MM contract, to the Aero Metagovernance Multisig at 0x95e346c0c8405C0996bb3d5f51264c92345d68BC

2. Motivation:

In order to better utilise the 4.32k aero tokens, and use them to vote for additional aero incentives on the SUMR/USDC aerodrome pool.

3. Specification:

  1. Call approve on 0x940181a94a35a4569e4529a3cdfb74e38fd98631 with spender 0x447BF9d1485ABDc4C1778025DfdfbE8b894C3796 and amount 4326819581379051650839
  2. Call Transfer on 0x940181a94a35a4569e4529a3cdfb74e38fd98631 with to 0x95e346c0c8405C0996bb3d5f51264c92345d68BCand amount4326819581379051650839`

4. Risk Assessment:

No additional risks expected with this SIP

5. Voting:

A YES vote will transfer the Aero tokens to the Aero MetaGovernance Multisig (0x95e…d68bc), a NO vote will not execute any transfer of Aero tokens.

I am supportive of this SIP, it will allow the AMC to compound their current veAERO position to drive more liquidity to the SUMR/USDC LP.
