1. Overview:
This proposal continues the delegate compensation program first approved in [SIP5.6], this time applying it to August 2025. The goal is to sustain high-quality governance engagement and reward meaningful participation from active delegates across Lazy Summer Protocol governance.
2. Motivation:
Engaged and accountable delegates are essential to the protocol’s health and evolution. August 2025 saw another month of forum contributions and diverse delegate perspectives across proposals.

5. Voting:
If YES - Approve 142,099.95 SUMR disbursement to eligible July delegates
If NO - Do not compensate for July; continue with further discussion.
