For visibility:

  • On HyperEVM: The proposal will be executed by the Foundation multisig. This is due to a configuration gap between LayerZero peers: while all satellite chain governors are peered bi-directionally with the Base chain, the HyperEVM connection is currently only configured in the HyperEVM → Base direction.

  • Next Steps: Following execution, the Foundation will be instructed to peer the Base governor and SUMMER token with their HyperEVM equivalents to finalize the HyperEVM onboarding process.
