This is exactly the level of input I love to see @techsqrt! I agree on:

  1. The definition of the data points should be more clear. Now with the standalone RFC specifically focusing on the user reimbursement, I think we should move these discussions here, to improve any necessary details before moving onto SIP.

  2. adjusting the average to be “middle 20” numbers to drop the outliers

Thanks for this, and looking forward to @Recognized_Delegates input, as well as @BlockAnalitica thoughts on contribution/support of the reimbursement.
