Thanks for putting this together. It’s great to see such a comprehensive and ambitious plan taking shape around the transferability event. It’s clear a huge amount of work has gone into thinking through audiences, sequencing and channels.

A few reflections from my side after reading through the proposal.

**Headline strategic objective.** Whereas I initially considered the primary goal at token launch to be stimulating buy side pressure in trading, perhaps we should instead focus on driving protocol adoption and TVL growth, given that’s the lever most within our control. Creating buy side pressure for the token is desirable but it might be best treated as a secondary outcome that follows from users understanding and trusting the value accrual mechanism through staking and protocol revenue. The proposal currently speaks to both outcomes, which might make sense but could also create conflicting priorities.

**Early buyer initiative.** That being said, if we can line up some early buyers for SUMR through targeted outreach or a white-glove process (as an investment bank might do at an IPO) then that would still be valuable and complementary to the broader strategy of stimulating demand through product adoption.

**North star targets.** The goals outlined are clear but it’s not obvious whether they’re intended as aspirational or expected outcomes. There’s a risk of undermining credibility if we communicate targets to the market that are unrealistically optimistic and unachievable. It would be good to validate that we collectively believe these public targets are achievable.

**Measurement and review.** I think it would help to define a small set of KPIs that show whether the campaign is working (TVL, % staked, new depositors, engagement), and plan for 7-, 30- and 90-day reviews post-launch so the DAO can see what’s actually moving the needle.

**Core/simple message.** The core message resonates well. It’s clear, grounded in tokenomics fundamentals and avoids hype. IMO this should be front and centre across all launch comms and campaigns. A concise, memorable one-liner that captures it could also be useful if we don’t already have one.

**Audience segmentation.** The segments identified are logical and I think align with the existing target user framework previously communicated.

**Prioritisation of spend and effort.** The channel analysis in the RFC is a useful foundation but it mainly maps where different audiences spend their time. It would be helpful to take that a step further and prioritise which channels we invest in first, how much budget or effort should go into each, and what the sequencing looks like. That would help us focus spend on the areas most likely to drive deposits and measurable engagement.

**Depositor rewards as the primary lever.** Adjusting and communicating depositor rewards around launch seems like one of the most direct and controllable ways to stimulate TVL growth. There isn’t much detail in the current proposal on this component, though. It would be useful to understand the suggested parameters (rates, timeframes, etc.). The marketing narrative could then be built around “earn enhanced real yield as SUMR goes live,” rather than speculative price momentum.

**Narrative and tone.** The “path to $1B TVL / 5x from here” framing is bold, but it may overstate where we are today. IMO a story grounded in fundamentals (productive tokens, real yield, and sustainable growth) is more likely to resonate with the audiences we’re targeting.

**Managing sell-side pressure.** We should also consider how large existing token holders might behave around transferability. Encouraging staking from aligned holders or introducing temporary guardrails could help mitigate the risk and optics of heavy early selling.
