### 1. Overview: As per the RFC, [[RFC] Recoup unclaimed SUMR tokens from RAYS airdrop](https://forum.summer.fi/t/rfc-recoup-unclaimed-sumr-tokens-from-rays-airdrop/697), this Sub-SIP follows the recent root removal ([here](https://forum.summer.fi/t/sip5-21-remove-reward-root-from-rays-rewards-in-order-to-recoup-unclaimed-sumr/738)) and now proposes to call `EmergencyWithdraw` and transfer 25,512,806 SUMR back to the Timelock. * * * ### 2. Motivation: As per the RFC, it is believed that given the SUMR has been claimable for over 1 year, it is now time to recoup any unclaimed, and put them to better use by the DAO. * * * ### 3. Specification: - call `EmergencyWithdraw` for the full amount of SUMR and with a `to` address of the timelock controller, `0x447BF9d1485ABDc4C1778025DfdfbE8b894C3796` * * * ### 4. Risk Assessment: No new or additional risks expected from this SIP. * * * ### 5. Voting: A **YES** vote will call EmergencyWithdraw, and any transfer ~25.5M SUMR to the Summer Timelock. A **NO** vote will not make any changes to the rewards contract. Tagging [@Recognized\_Delegates](https://forum.summer.fi/groups/recognized_delegates) ---
