[SIP7.2] Onboard staked NUSD to the USDC DAO Managed Vault

Hey @samehueasyou sNUSD will be a great addition to the USDC DAO Managed Vault. However, I am curious how the integration will work on the backend. Since you need to mint NUSD using USDC, and then stake NUSD for sNUSD.
