# \[SIP2.54\] Onboard Morpho v2 arks to EURC Base fleet

## 1. Overview

This proposal seeks to onboard two new yield strategies (ARKs) to the existing **EURC Vault on Base**. These strategies leverage the Morpho V2 infrastructure curated by Gauntlet and Steakhouse.

## 2. Motivation

The current EURC fleet on Base relies on legacy V1 yield sources. The proposed Morpho V2 vaults currently offer yields **1–2 percentage points (pp)** higher than existing allocations due to optimized incentive redirection. Integrating these as ARKs allows the **FleetCommander** to automatically rebalance capital into these more productive venues, ensuring users capture the best risk-adjusted returns on Base without manual intervention.

## 5. Voting

- **Voting YES** will whitelist the Gauntlet and Steakhouse Morpho V2 vaults as authorized ARKs for the Base EURC Vault with initial risk caps set to 0 (to be adjusted post-Risk Review).

- **Voting NO** will maintain the current legacy V1 allocations and will not onboard the new yield strategies.
