### 1. Overview:
As per the RFC, [[RFC] Onboarding Medium Priority Morpho v2 Vaults - Mainnet](https://forum.summer.fi/t/rfc-onboarding-medium-priority-morpho-v2-vaults-mainnet/661), onboard Morpho V2 Vaults to the Higher Risk USDC fleet on Ethereum.

### 2. Motivation:
These vaults provide the safest, most scalable yield opportunities in the v2 ecosystem. They are essential for anchoring the Lazy Summer Protocol’s base yield with minimal additional risk exposure.

### 3. Specification:

### 4. Risk Assessment:
Given the current exposure to Morpho and the underlying markets these vaults expose too, it is not expected to create any new risk to the Lazy Summer Protocol, both from a technical and economical viewpoint.

### 5. Voting:
Voting YES will onboard the selected vaults in the specification with risk caps set to 0. Voting NO will not onboard any new vaults.
