## SIP2.28: Add Gearbox USDC Pool ARK to Lazy Summer USDC Higher-Risk Vault

### Summary
Proposal to onboard the **Tulipa Capital** **Gearbox USDC lending pool** collateralized with **Resolv yield-bearing assets** (wstUSR, RLP and corresponding PTs) into [Summer.fi](http://summer.fi/)’s **USDC Mainnet Higher-Risk vault** as a new ARK strategy.
Tulipa Capital is a DeFi-native collective specializing in delta-neutral farming, currently curating over **$180M** in assets.
Together with **Resolv** and **Gearbox** , Tulipa launched a market enabling borrowing against Resolv-centered collaterals (wstUSR, RLP, and PTs).

### Motivation
- **Adding high-yield exposure** : Resolv’s collateral assets — including wstUSR, RLP, and related PTs — have shown consistent borrowing demand across lending protocols. Comparable markets have sustained an average borrow rate of ~9%, suggesting strong utilization potential for Gearbox and a solid base for sustainable liquidity mining (LM) incentives.
- **Diversifying exposure** : One Gearbox pool is present in Higher-risk vault, but this create more collateral and curator diversification.

Overall, this looks like a thoughtful addition that balances higher yield opportunities with prudent oversight. Curious to hear what other [@Recognized\_Delegates](https://forum.summer.fi/groups/recognized_delegates) think and if there are any concerns that should be flagged before moving to vote.

Hey @desnakeee.eth thanks for the thoughtful proposal. While BA has not provided an assessment for the **Gearbox USDC vault (curated by Tulipa)**, I believe there is a high likelihood it will be flagged as ‘Low TVL’ based on [previous assessments](https://forum.summer.fi/t/general-assessment-of-newly-proposed-arks/343).
The collateralized assets ( **Resolv yield-bearing assets** (wstUSR, RLP and corresponding PTs) are, however, of high quality and do show consistent demand and product market fit. I am curious to see the performance of the vault after RESOLV and GEAR incentives have ended, and hope to see this vault continue to grow and the eventual addition to SummerFi.

catching up again with this proposal 🙂 @desnakeee.eth could you please provide the contract address and a website where we can all preview this strategy? I couldn’t find it myself.
