# New Arks OETH (Higher Risk Mainnet ETH) & superOETH (Low Risk Base ETH)

Hi @BlockAnalitica, on the high-risk OETH [Ark](https://forum.summer.fi/t/sip2-9-adding-oeth-to-eth-higher-risk-strategy/217), low-risk OETH [Ark](https://forum.summer.fi/t/sip2-15-adding-oeth-to-eth-lower-risk-strategy/255), and Base superOETH [Ark](https://forum.summer.fi/t/sip2-10-adding-superoeth-to-eth-lower-risk-strategy/218) is it an error that the fleet parameters are all set to 0% for absolute allocation cap and TVL allocation cap?
