Hey everyone, back again with planning another Governance Jam with @Raphael_Anode (previous can be found [**here**](https://x.com/i/spaces/1rmxPymowLqKN)) and this time, we have a lot to unpack.

After briefly discussing this with **StableLab** I would like to propose **July 9th (16:00 CEST)**.

### Agenda

I think it would be great to start by **recapping key June governance proposals** with @Raphael_Anode and @jensei, as well as debating future potential protocol developments:

- The Vault Tokenisation & Rewards Migration [**RFC**](https://forum.summer.fi/t/rfc-transfer-vault-rewards-from-staking-to-merkl-and-enable-tokenisation-of-vault-shares/279), ongoing discussions on [**SUMR Transferability**](https://forum.summer.fi/t/rfc-when-and-under-what-circumstances-should-sumr-transfers-be-enabled/242), and SUMR token upgrade [**RFC**](https://forum.summer.fi/t/rfc-sumr-token-upgrade-to-allow-for-updated-governance-staking-module/281) with @chrisb and @halaprix
- Narrative arc and continued traction towards a potential [**$1B TVL**](https://forum.summer.fi/t/rfc-the-only-way-out-is-up-the-path-to-1b-tvl-is-10x-from-here/250) milestone with @samehueasyou
- Open **Q&A** for delegates and contributors

It’s been a productive and high-signal month for Lazy Summer DAO, so let’s reflect, inform the wider community and keep the momentum.

### Guest Speakers I Would Love to Feature

I would like to invite all [@Recognized\_Delegates](https://forum.summer.fi/groups/recognized_delegates) to join and chime in with their thoughts, as well as some external DAO reps.

Potentially interesting guests on a topic of Token Transferability could be delegates from [**Superfluid**](https://snapshot.box/#/s:superfluid.eth/delegates), [**Morpho**](https://snapshot.box/#/s:morpho.eth), [**Safe**](https://snapshot.box/#/s:safe.eth/delegates), and others to talk cross-ecosystem lessons around token utility, transferability, and progressive decentralization.

### Open Call for [@Recognized\_Delegates](https://forum.summer.fi/groups/recognized_delegates) Participation

As always, the vibe is inclusive and interactive. I would like to invite:

- **delegates** to chime in, ask questions, or co-host
- **protocol contributors** to speak to roadmap items
- **governance nerds** to share tooling or participation ideas

Drop a comment if you are interested in joining as a speaker or would like to nominate someone from within or outside Lazy Summer DAO.

Thanks for organizing this, and I do think it’s important. I won’t be able to make it though, so will listen to recording and will share my comments if any afterwards.
